The complex times we are experiencing have created emotional challenges for many, highlighting the urgent need for accessible and tailored mental health support.
JDC (The Joint Distribution Committee), The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, and Otef Lev have come together to launch “Nafshi” – a unique digital platform in Hebrew (to be soon available in additional languages) that brings together a wide range of services for emotional support, mental health care, and resilience-building for all residents of Israel, including those affected by the events of October 7th, 2023 and the ongoing war, as well as reservists and their families.
All services and resources offered on the Nafshi portal have been professionally reviewed and validated by mental health experts.
