Ms. Karen Admon-Livny

Director of the "Mifrashei Hoshen" Division at the Mifrasim Institute, The Academic College of
Tel Aviv–Yaffo

Karen Admon-Livny is a licensed social worker (MSW) and an integrative psychotherapist. She currently serves as the Director of the "Mifrashei Hoshen" Division at the Mifrasim Institute, part of the Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo.
In her previous roles, she directed a the Child-Parent Center in Kiryat Malakhi, led the establishment of Couples and Family Therapy Center in the city, and directed the “Holchim Yahad” program – an emotional support initiative for  students and parental guidance in Kiryat Malakhi elementary schools.

Dr. Hadas Shaharabani Saidon

Program Director

Dr. Hadas Shaharabani Saidon is a clinical psychologist and certified mediator. She serves as the Academic Director of the PWP-ISRAEL program at the Mifrasim Institute for the Study and Teaching of Psychotherapy, at the Academic College of Tel Aviv–Yaffo.
Throughout her career, she has combined teaching and research in academic settings with clinical work, providing psychotherapy for adults in private practice. Over the years, she has led numerous community and educational initiatives, including programs aimed at reducing violence and enhancing communication skills among children, adults, and communities.

Yuval Shay

Program Coordinator

A master's student in child rehabilitation neuropsychology at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Reichman University. She worked as a resilience coach at Clalit Health Services. At the same time, she took part in research projects: one focuses on epigenetics and the other examines psychological leadership that emerged following the events of October 7th.
